منظمة ملاذ للتنمية الإنسانية هي منظمة يمنية خيرية غير حكومية وغير ربحية تعمل على دعم وتأهيل الفئات الاجتماعية الضعيفة في مختلف المجالات الإنسانية، بهدف توفير فرص أفضل لهم وتمكينهم من أداء دور فاعل في مجتمعاتهم.
بدأت المنظمة كمبادرة شبابية عام 2019 على يد مجموعة من الشباب المتطوعين الذين نفذوا أنشطة إنسانية ميدانية شملت توزيع المساعدات، ورصد الحالات المحتاجة، وربطها بالمنظمات الخيرية لتسهيل تقديم الخدمات.
وفي يونيو 2022 تم تسجيل ملاذ رسميًا وإشهارها ككيان قانوني مرخص من مكتب الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل. يقع مقرها الرئيسي في مدينة تعز مع إمكانية توسيع أنشطتها إلى مدن أخرى وفقًا لمتطلبات المانحين.
Malath Organization for Human Development is a Yemeni charitable, non-governmental, non-profit organization working to support and rehabilitate vulnerable social groups across various humanitarian sectors. The organization aims to ensure better opportunities for beneficiaries and enable them to play an active role in their communities.
It began as a youth initiative in 2019, founded by a group of young volunteers who carried out field-based humanitarian activities, including aid distribution, case monitoring, and linking vulnerable individuals with charitable organizations to facilitate service delivery.
In June 2022, MALATH was officially registered and legally established under the authorization of the Social Affairs and Labor Office. The organization is headquartered in Taiz City and can expand its operations to other cities according to donor requirements.
